Responsible in the sense of § 55 RStV:
The contents of my pages were created with the utmost care. However, I cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content. As a service provider I am responsible according to § 6 Abs.1 MDStV and § 8 Abs.1 TDG for own contents on these sides after the general laws. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to the general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete infringement. If I become aware of such violations, I will remove the content immediately.
Liability for links
My offer contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents I have no influence. Therefore, I can not take any responsibility for these external contents. For the content of the linked pages is always the respective provider or operator of the pages responsible. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If I become aware of any violations of the law, I will remove such links immediately.

European Online Dispute Resolution Platform
The European Commission has established a European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (OS Platform) at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The ODR platform can be used by a consumer for the out-of-court settlement of a dispute arising from online contracts with a company established in the EU. Nicolas Evertsbusch is not required to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. I prefer to resolve your concerns in a direct exchange with you and therefore do not participate in such dispute resolution proceedings. Please contact me directly if you have any questions or problems.
